We are frequently asked: “Who else do you manufacture for?” or “Can I see examples of big brands you work with?”
The answer is: Strictly No.
At Aurora Global Brands, we operate as a “Silent Partner” to our clients. Our business is built on trust, discretion, and strict confidentiality.
1. Why we don’t share our client list
- NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements): We sign binding confidentiality agreements with our partners. This forbids us from using their names, logos, or finished products for our own marketing.
- Protecting Your Brand Story: Many of our clients market their products as “Exclusive Formulas” or “Handcrafted.” It is not our place to reveal that they are manufactured in our facility. We protect the “magic” behind your brand.
2. What this means for YOU This policy is your greatest advantage.
- When you launch your brand with us, we will never reveal that we are your manufacturer to your competitors or customers (unless you choose to disclose it).
- We will never post your finished goods on our social media or website as a “case study” without your explicit written permission.
3. How to verify our quality without a client list? We believe the product should speak for itself, not the name-dropping.
- Order Samples: We encourage you to purchase a Sample Set. Test the texture, wear-time, and packaging weight in person. The quality you feel in your hand is the same quality we provide to top-tier global retailers.
- Visit Us (Qualified OEM Clients): For large-scale OEM projects, we welcome facility audits (by appointment) to verify our GMP standards and production capacity.
