Packaging options and printing methods
We supply standard packaging for private label makeup products, and we offer different printing techniques for different packaging.
We use hot stamp printing on all the components and paper boxes, so your products look as luxury and elegant. 9 printing colors are selectable.
We offer UV colorful printing for eyeshadow palettes. The design could be flexible and colorful.
To some circumstances, silk screen printing will be used too.
Design
After you order, we will assign a graphic designer to your project. Together with your account manager, the designer will go through your request, and design the packaging for you. After get confirmation from you, we will move to the production process.
Pricing
The pricing depends on how you want your package be decorated. Quotation will be offered after knowing your request in details. Generally, the larger order quantity you make, ther lower cost you will get.
We charge on printing per item, e.g. on tube and paper box. Different printing options have different cost elements. Some fixed cost will be charged as a pre-request to conduct printing on products. Hot stamp printing requires a hot stamp print plate mold to be made, which is extra cost. UV printing doesn’t have print plate, but it requires a UV design converting and UV set up cost.
An account manager will offer detailed quotation on fixed cost and variable cost of your order.
