Shipping Methods

General Description

We mainly export our products to USA, Canada, the UK, EU countries, North Europe, Australia, UAE, etcs. And we mainly take door to door shipping method, offering our clients the most convenience. All the parcels could be tracked after ship out.

Shipping methods for samples

For sample order, we only use air express, such as DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT. Shipping period and shipping cost sometimes vary, so we will decide which will be the best options at that time.

Shipping methods for mass orders

Shipping by air

It’s the quickest and best services we can get from shipping by air express. Generally it takes 7 working days. We will collect your shipping address for your mass order. The parcels will require your signature after receiving.

Shipping by sea

This may be the most cost effective way of shipping. However, the parcel has to be heavier than 30 kg, and it may take 45 days of shipping period.

Shipping by railway

In some countries, such as France, we can ship by railway. The requirement and period is similar to shipping by sea.

Shipping agency’s special shipping chanel

To some specific countries, our shipping agency could take some special shipping chanel, in order to keep good shipping cost or ensure the custom clearance. For example, we use special method to ship makeup goods to Nigeria.

Damaged/ Missing items in Parcel

If you find damaged items or missing items, you have to report to the delivery company, and get a complain number. Our shipping agency will also get involved to solve the issue.

Parcel is missing

We also need to report the issue to the delivery company and find a solution. We may ask for replacement from the shipping company.

Not-allowed address

We can’t ship to PO box. In some period, shipping to Amazon’s FBA warehouse is not allowed too.

Custom clearance

Customers need to take care of the custom clearance. So far, we don’t face big issue for most of countries we export. For some African countries or very remote countries, we will confirm if you can deal with custom clearance before we ship out your parcel.

Drop Shipping

You can keep your stocks in our warehouse and ask us to ship your goods to you.
