Private Label Printing Options
This article explains the two printing options (hot stamp printing and UV colorful print) and their comparisons.
Hot Stamp Printing
What is hot stamp print
Hot stamping or foil stamping is a printing method of relief printing in which pre-dried ink or foils are transferred to a surface at high temperatures. Before print, we have to make a print plate mold, which are made of bronze or silicon.
Used products
We use the hot stamp printing technique for all of our private label products, including lip products, eyeshadows, face makeup products and brushes.
Print color selections
For hot stamp printing, we allow only one color of foil paper to be printed on packaging. You can choose gold, silver, pink, purple, copper, rose gold, matte silver, holographic and black.
For large order quantity, we can purchase the specific foil paper colors.

UV Colorful Printing
Description
UV printing is a unique method of digital printing utilizing ultraviolet (UV) light to dry or cure ink, adhesives or coatings almost as soon as it’s hit the paper, or aluminum, foam board or acrylic. There’s no need to make a print plate mold. The only request is to ensure the printing area fit the printer.
Used products
Currently we use UV colorful printing technique on all paper palettes and some gift boxes.
Print color selections
It’s colorfully printed, and we can add a glossy varnish on the printing area. The printer allows printing texts, symbols and images.
