General Questions

What is the difference between Private Label and OEM/ODM?

Private Label is the fastest way to start — you choose from our existing formulas and packaging, add your logo, and we produce with low MOQ and fast turnaround. OEM/ODM is for fully customized products, including new formulas, exclusive packaging, and mold development.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Private Label orders start from 50–500 pcs, depending on the product. OEM/ODM projects usually require 6,000–12,000 pcs or more, depending on customization.

How fast can I launch my cosmetics brand?

With Private Label, you can receive products in as little as 2–4 weeks. OEM/ODM projects take longer, usually 8–12 weeks due to R&D and testing.

Do you provide both skincare and makeup products?

Yes. We offer skincare, makeup, haircare, beauty tools, handmade soaps, home candles, nail products, and eyelashes — all customizable for your brand.

Can I order samples before bulk production?

Yes, absolutely. We provide sample kits so you can test both formulas and packaging before placing bulk orders.

Private Label

How does the private label process work?

It’s simple: 1) Choose samples → 2) Add your logo & packaging → 3) Production → 4) Shipping. This is the easiest and fastest way to launch your beauty brand.

What is the MOQ for private label orders?

Most products start from 50 pcs. Some items, such as custom shades or special packaging, may require higher MOQs.

How long does private label production take?

Standard production is 2–4 weeks after sample approval. Rush orders can be completed in as fast as 3–7 days.

Can I just add my logo to existing products?

Yes. That’s exactly what private label means — your logo and packaging design applied to our proven, ready-to-go formulas.

Do you offer sample kits for testing?

Yes. Our sample kits include best-selling skincare and makeup products, allowing you to test quality and packaging before ordering.

OEM / ODM

How do you develop custom formulas?

Our R&D team works with your brief to create custom formulations based on your requirements. We provide lab samples for testing and allow for modifications until approval.

What is the lead time for OEM/ODM projects?

Prototyping (formula & packaging) usually takes 12–20 days. Mass production takes 30–60 days, depending on project complexity.

Can you create exclusive packaging and molds?

Yes. We can design and produce exclusive molds for packaging that is unique to your brand.

Do you help with formula stability and safety testing?

Yes. We conduct stability, compatibility, and safety testing and ensure compliance with target market regulations.

What certifications do your facilities hold?

Our facilities are GMPc & ISO22716 certified, FDA compliant, and we offer FSC packaging options.

Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship to the U.S., Canada, Europe, UK Australia, Middle East, Asia, Africa, and beyond.

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship by air, sea, express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), and train (for some regions).

Yes. We can handle DDP shipping and assist with customs clearance when required.

How do you handle customs documentation?

We provide all necessary export documents (invoice, packing list, MSDS, COA, etc.) and support smooth clearance in your country.

How much does shipping usually cost?

Shipping cost depends on order volume, weight, and destination. We always provide the most cost-effective solution.

Pricing & Payment

How is pricing calculated for private label vs OEM?

Private Label follows a transparent tiered pricing system — the more you order, the lower the unit cost. OEM pricing depends on formula, packaging, order quantity, and customization level.

Do you have a price list?

Private Label products have a basic price list. OEM/ODM projects are quoted individually, based on requirements.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and other international methods. For large orders, payment terms are negotiable.

Do you offer discounts for larger orders?

Yes. Bulk orders and long-term contracts enjoy preferential pricing.

Is there a fee for custom packaging or formula development?

For OEM projects, new molds or exclusive formulas may require additional development fees, which will be quoted transparently before production.
