1. Ordering Process
Ordering with Aurora Global Brands is simple. Please follow these steps to launch your private label line:
- Step 1: Place your order quantities online or via your account manager.
- Step 2: Send us your artwork/logo files (AI or PDF format preferred).
- Step 3: Review and approve the PPS (Pre-Production Sample) or digital mockup.
- Step 4: Production begins immediately upon approval and deposit confirmation.
SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS text messages from Aurora Global Brands, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Program Description: We use SMS messaging to provide you with order updates, shipping notifications, responses to your customer service inquiries, and infrequent marketing updates if requested.
2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and order status.
3. Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your specific plan.
4. Opt-Out (Cancellation): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to any text message we send you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
5. Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can contact us directly at [email protected].
6. Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. We will not share or sell your mobile data to third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Please review our full Privacy Policy for more information.
2. Payment Terms
To initiate production for Private Label (Hot Stamp) or OEM orders, the following payment schedule applies:
- Deposit: A 70% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your order and begin production.
- Balance: The remaining 30% balance (plus shipping costs) must be paid in full before shipment.
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept PayPal, Western Union, and International Wire Transfer (T/T). An official invoice will be provided after your order is placed.
3. Lead Times & Shipping
Production Lead Time:
• Sample Orders: Generally ship within 2-3 business days.
• Private Label (Hot Stamp) Orders: Generally completed within 2-4 weeks after artwork approval.
Shipping:
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT. Clients are responsible for all duties, taxes, and freight charges. Goods are shipped EXW Shanghai (Ex Works).
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of private label manufacturing:
- Custom Orders: Hot Stamp/Logo orders are non-refundable once production has started or if canceled after 72 hours.
- Regular Orders: A 15% service charge applies if a regular (non-custom) order is canceled within 24 hours.
- Returns: Returns are accepted for non-customized products within 15 days of the invoice date. A 25% restocking fee applies. Products must be unused, unlabeled, and in salable condition.
5. Damages & Claims
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 3 business days (72 hours) of receipt. Please retain all original packing materials and cartons for inspection.
