Can I customize the shade and fragrance?
Absolutely. You can choose from our 10 signature shades and standard vanilla scent at 500 units. For the Pro Tier (1,000+ units), we offer full Pantone color matching and bespoke fragrance development with our in-house formulators.
What is the turnaround time for bulk orders?
Efficiency is our priority. Since these base formulas are pre-stabilized, bulk production typically takes 4-6 weeks after sample approval. This is significantly faster than full OEM R&D, which can take 4-6 months.
Are these formulas globally compliant?
Yes. All Aurora semi-custom formulas are 100% Vegan, Cruelty-Free, and formulated according to "Clean Beauty" standards. We provide all necessary documentation (MSDS, COA, Ingredient Lists) to support your FDA or EU registration.
Can I use my own packaging components?
We recommend our premium stock components for the fastest turnaround (MOQ 500). However, if you wish to use custom-molded packaging, the MOQ starts at 6,000 units. We can also fill components provided by your own suppliers for OEM projects.
