Can I mix shades to reach the MOQ?
Yes. Private label starts from 11 pcs per SKU, and you can mix shades within that quantity.
How long until I receive my order?
Samples ship within 3 business days; tracking follows 2–3 days later. Private label orders are produced in 2–4 weeks after artwork approval (rush: 3–7 days). Air shipping via UPS DDP, duties included, usually takes 15–20 days; sea freight is quoted separately (usually from 21 kg).
How is the bulk price calculated?
Unit price depends on quantity, packaging and printing; higher volumes get a lower unit cost. See the price tiers in the Bulk order card above, or request a quote for your exact order.
Are the products FDA compliant?
Yes. All formulas are produced according to FDA and EU regulations and avoid prohibited ingredients. Our factory holds GMPC and ISO 22716 certificates, and we can prepare SGS or Intertek test reports for your market.
Is it made to order or from stock?
Most of our makeup is made to order, so your batch is freshly produced and has the longest possible shelf life.
