How We Can Help?
Can I request photos/videos of my product being made? (Confidentiality Policy)
We understand the excitement of seeing your brand come to life! However, due to strict Intellectual Property (IP) Protection and GMP Safety Protocols, we generally do not allow casual photography or video recording inside the active production lines.
Here is why we maintain this strict policy:
1. Client Confidentiality (Protecting Your Brand) Aurora Global Brands manufactures for hundreds of beauty brands, from startups to famous global retailers.
- The Risk: A photo taken of your lipstick on the filling line might accidentally capture another client’s unreleased product in the background.
- Our Promise: Just as we would never leak your upcoming product design to a competitor, we must protect the privacy of all our partners. We maintain a “No Cameras” policy on the manufacturing floor to ensure total secrecy for everyone.
2. GMP & Hygiene Standards (Clean Room Protocol) Our filling and assembly rooms are ISO 22716 certified Sterile Environments.
- Contamination Risk: Smartphones and cameras are not sterile. Bringing personal devices into the clean room creates a risk of contamination.
- Focus on Quality: Our operators are trained to focus 100% on efficiency and quality control. Stopping the line to stage photos disrupts the production flow and can lead to errors.
What we CAN provide: While we cannot livestream the manufacturing process, we are happy to provide transparency where it counts:
- Digital Mockups: You see exactly what the design looks like before printing.
- Pre-Shipment Photos: Once the goods are finished, packed, and moved to the shipping warehouse (a non-restricted zone), we can take photos of your finished cartons and pallets upon request.
- Third-Party Inspection: As mentioned in our inspection policy, you are welcome to hire a professional inspector (who follows our sterile protocols) to verify the goods after production is complete.
