Can I change my design or product after paying?
Our production line is automated for speed. Once an order is placed, it moves quickly.
- Status: “Processing” (First 24 Hours): You may be able to change the shipping address or add items. Please email support immediately.
- Status: “Design Approved” / “Printing”:NO changes are allowed.
- Once your logo plate is cast, we cannot change the logo without charging a new mold fee.
- Once the bottle is stamped, the ink is permanent. We cannot “erase” it.
Mistake Policy: If we made a mistake (e.g., printed the wrong color foil vs. what you approved), we will reprint it for free. If you approved a mockup with a typo, Aurora Global Brands is not responsible for reprinting costs. Please check your digital proofs carefully!
