How We Can Help?
Can I ship my own ingredients to your factory in China?
Generally, No. We do not accept customer-supplied raw materials for mass production.
Here are the strict logistical and regulatory reasons:
1. Chinese Customs Restrictions (The “White Powder” Problem)
- Shipping chemical powders or liquids into China is extremely difficult.
- Chinese Customs requires strict MSDS, chemical identification, and import licenses for every raw material. Unidentified powders sent via DHL/FedEx are routinely seized and destroyed by customs.
2. NMPA Regulation (Safety Submission)
- According to China’s NMPA regulations, every raw material manufacturer must upload their safety data to the government platform and generate a Submission Code.
- If the ingredient you bought from a US supplier does not have this specific China Submission Code, we legally cannot use it in our factory.
3. Quality Liability
- If we use your ingredient and the finished product grows mold or causes an allergy, who is responsible?
- To ensure our GMP warranty, we must control the entire supply chain using our own verified suppliers.
