Damaged or Lost Items Policy
We pack every order with reinforced bubble wrap and corner protectors. However, rough handling during transit can happen.
If you receive damaged goods:
- Timeline: You must report the issue within 72 Hours (3 Days) of delivery.
- Evidence: Please email
[email protected]with:- Your Order ID.
- Clear Photos/Video of the damaged product.
- Photos of the shipping box (showing any external damage).
- Resolution:
- Credit: We will issue a store credit for the value of the damaged items to be used on your next order. (This is the fastest method).
- Replacement: For large damages (>10% of order), we will arrange a replacement shipment. Note: We generally do not ship single replacement units due to high shipping costs; we prefer to refund or credit.
What is NOT covered:
- Minor scratches on the outer shipping carton (if the product inside is fine).
- Packages stolen after confirmed delivery (Porch Piracy).
