What must be on the label?

1. Product Name & Function (e.g., “Hydrating Serum”).
2. Net Weight/Volume (e.g., “30ml / 1.0 fl.oz”).
3. Ingredient List (INCI): We provide the verified ingredient list for every formula. You cannot alter the ingredient list of Private Label products.
4. Distributor Info: Your brand name and address (or “Distributed by…”).
5. Batch Code & PAO: We print the Batch Number and “Period After Opening” (jar icon) symbol on all products.

A Note on Claims: You are responsible for marketing claims. Avoid medical claims (e.g., “Cures Eczema”) unless the product is an OTC drug. Stick to cosmetic claims (e.g., “Soothes dry skin”, “Improves appearance of wrinkles”).
