The Regulation: In May 2021, the NMPA (National Medical Products Administration of China) officially BANNED the use of CBD (Cannabidiol), Cannabis Sativa Fruit Extract, and Cannabis Sativa Leaf Extract in all cosmetics manufactured in China.

What this means for you:

• Since our factory is located in China, we legally cannot manufacture, store, or process any CBD-infused products, even if they are for export only.
• Attempting to ship CBD oil to our facility would constitute a serious violation of drug control laws.

Alternative Recommendation: If you want a “calming/soothing” marketing story without CBD, we recommend legal, high-performance alternatives like:
