1. Private Label Orders (Standard Stock)

• Total Turnaround: Approximately 2-3 Weeks (plus shipping).
• Breakdown:
  • Design Approval: 1-3 business days (depends on how fast you approve the mockup).
  • Mold Creation: 2-3 days (Creating your unique hot-stamp plate).
  • Production: 7-10 business days (Printing, assembling, packing).
  • Quality Control (QC): 1-2 days.

2. OEM / Custom Formulation Orders

• Total Turnaround: Approximately 3-5 Months.
• Breakdown:
  • R&D & Prototyping: 2-4 weeks.
  • Stability Testing: 1-2 months (Required for safety).
  • Packaging Production: 30-45 days (Bottles/Boxes).
  • Filling & Assembly: 2-3 weeks.

Note: Timelines start from the day Payment is received and Design is approved.
