Re-ordering: Is it faster the second time?
Yes! Re-ordering is significantly faster and often cheaper.
Why is it faster?
- Design is Ready: We already have your vector files on record.
- Mold is Ready: Your metal Hot-Stamp plate is already created and stored in our warehouse. We skip the “Mold Creation” step.
Is it cheaper?
- No Mold Fee: You do not pay the logo mold fee again for re-orders (unless you change your logo size or design).
- Price Tiering: If your re-order volume increases (e.g., from 50 units to 200 units), you may qualify for a lower unit price tier.
How to Re-order: Simply log in to your account, view your “Order History,” and click “Re-order.” Alternatively, email your account manager with your previous Order ID.
