At Aurora Global Brands, we offer flexible manufacturing models for our OEM clients. However, to ensure quality and liability, we have specific guidelines on how we work.

1. Full Turnkey Solution (Recommended)

• Definition: We handle everything from start to finish.
  • Formula R&D
  • Component Sourcing (Bottles/Caps)
  • Manufacturing & Filling
  • Packing & Logistics
• Why choose this?
  • Single Responsibility: If the bottle leaks or the pump fails, we are responsible. You don’t have to chase multiple suppliers.
  • Speed: We know exactly which packaging works with our machines. No production delays caused by “bad parts.”

2. Contract Manufacturing (Consignment / “You Supply Packaging”)

• Definition: You supply the packaging (bottles/jars) from your own supplier, and we provide the formula and filling service.
• The Risks:
  • Compatibility: If your supplied bottle reacts with our formula, we are not liable.
  • Machine Fit: If your bottle shape doesn’t fit our filling line pucks, we cannot produce it.
  • High Scrappage: If your supplier sends defective bottles (dusty, scratched), we will reject them, causing delays.
• Requirements for Client-Supplied Packaging:
  • MOQ: Minimum 10,000 units per run. (We do not accept incoming packaging for small runs).
  • Sample Testing: You must send 20 units for machine testing before mass production.
  • DDP Shipping: You must ship the packaging to our warehouse with all duties paid.

3. What we DO NOT do

• ❌ Raw Material Processing: As mentioned in our Compliance section, we generally do not accept customer-supplied raw chemical ingredients due to NMPA regulations.
• ❌ Filling Only (Small Scale): We do not offer “filling only” services for orders under 10,000 units.
