1. Actual Weight: The physical weight on the scale.
2. Volumetric Weight (Dim Weight): The amount of space the box takes up on the plane.
   • Formula: Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) / 5000.

Why does this matter? Cosmetic packaging (like boxes and bubble wrap) is lightweight but bulky.

• Example: A large box of 50 empty gift boxes might weigh 2kg, but the Volumetric Weight is 8kg. You will be charged for 8kg.
