1. Random Inspections Customs authorities (CBP in US, Customs in EU) randomly select shipments for X-Ray or physical examination.

• Probability: About 3-5% of shipments are selected.
• Delay: An inspection can hold a package for 1 week to 30+ days.

2. Our Policy

• Force Majeure: Customs delays are 100% outside of our control. Neither Aurora Global Brands nor the shipping carrier (DHL/FedEx) can speed up the government process.
• No Refunds: We cannot issue refunds or cancel orders because goods are stuck in customs inspection. We must wait for them to be released.
